Hilary Devlin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland specialising in corporate finance and business planning. Hilary has many decades of experience engaging with various boards of directors in executive director roles. Hilary trained with PWC and has acted in the role as CFO with Horizon Technology (bringing it through a floatation on the Irish and London Stock Exchange), Uniphar Plc, and more recently has been Director of Finance and IT with Enable Ireland. Hilary has a deep experience of the workings of boards and the importance of corporate governance to board excellence.
